Keep getting "Recovery Contact Needed" message on iPhone post iOS update

I recently switched from windows to Mac. And this is driving me nuts. I always had iPhones, iPads and Apple Watches, but this is crazy. I had to force quit settings and restart my Mac and every thing that others say on the apple community website. I hope apple fixes this in the new MacOS Sequoia. It seems that losing out and logging in your iCloud on Mac can fix it for a like a day or so. I hope this gets patched.

Me too. Why has this question not been answered with so many "me too"s in the thread? It's unbecoming of apple. More like a Windows type problem that many of us left that OS for the well functioning MacOS

While I don't appreciate this bug, I appreciate all of those who chimed in. It's nice to know I'm not alone on this issue.

Having very same problem. It tells me it can't contact the Helper Assistant. Any thoughts on this?
