Downloading games from the app store

I own an iPhone 13 and I currently have been in debt most of the time for like, 3 dollars. I just payed it back and when I go to update or download a game, it says I have a problem with my billing/ payment. I honestly don’t know what to know since this have occurred in the past and whenever I paid it back it would let me do all my normal stuff. I also have this year subscription of one app and I’ve already canceled it. It says it will “fully cancel/expire” on July 23,2024. If I have to wait that long just to download and update games. I’m literally going to scream and flip out.Apple, I am COUNTING on you since you guys have literally made my phone and the iPad I am currently typing this one.
