I’m not aware of anything known as “Microsoft 365 iCloud”.
Microsoft renamed the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) to Office 365 a while back (for app subscriptions) and then renamed it all to Microsoft 365, and combined it with some other apps and services.
”Microsoft 365 is a product family of productivity software, collaboration and cloud-based services owned by Microsoft. It encompasses online services such as Outlook.com, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, programs formerly marketed under the name Microsoft Office, enterprise products and services associated with these products such as Exchange Server, SharePoint, and Yammer.”
The Microsoft 365 for Mac (formerly known as Office) can operate with some features of Apple iCloud.
Apple offers iCloud for various hosted and sharing services, and that works with and is integrated with Apple platforms, and parts can be used with Microsoft Windows with the iCloud for Windows app installed. The Apple productivity apps including Pages, Numbers, and Keynote can read and write most Microsoft 365 (Office) documents.
