I recently upgraded from Fitbit to Apple watch series 9 as I wasn’t receiving notifications for high heart rate which is vitally important for me being a heart patient.
the watch & phone are running the latest version. The notification is set to 110. Today the reading crossed 135 & no notification or alert was received.
