I tried to add the card several times but it says to change my region. I have changed the region for 2-3 times but it still shows me the same message again.

Pay close attention to supported regions AND the supported banks within any region.
Additionally, changing regions of your AppleID is NOT a trivial action (see article linked below); AND the issuers of any cards being added to Wallet will need to match the region of your AppleID.

The cards are from the changed region as well.
I am not able to add my cards to the apple wallet. Would you please suggest as to how I do that?
