I just added a new gmail account on apple mail but I am unable to receive emails on that email because it saying enter password and I don’t understand why. Here is a screenshot? Do you know why this is happening?

Normally you would tap Settings in that pop-up and it would take you to where you put in the password if it is required. If you have tried that the only other suggestion would be to delete the account and set it up again.
Very often, the fastest way to resolve that issue is to delete the email account and add it back.
You need to do what it says. Go to Settings and enter the account password.
It’s not that easy🙄. Where do I enter the password because in account settings I don’t see the option to enter the account password. Give me a step by step if you want to be helpful
when I click on settings this is where it takes(in the photo below) and I don't know what's the problem cause I can't see password there.
