The phone charges from a cable, and the Mophie does as well, but the Mophie won't charge the phone.

It seems like you've narrowed it down to the Mophie power station. At this point, we recommend contacting their support to look into this more. I have an iPhone 6 and a Mophie that used to charge it. The Mophie is fully charged, but won't charge the phone. I suspect that the lightning connector in the Mophie isn't connecting to the phone.
