How to add CVS immunization to Apple Health

The default path will only give you a PDF but no link or QR code to add the record to Apple Health. Do this:

in iOS CVS app:

Account
Vaccinations
Covid-19
View Vaccination Card
Scroll to bottom
Add to Apple Wallet & Health

Missing 'Add to Apple Health' option for CVS vaccine records I see many posts that say there is an “Add to Apple Health” on the CVS app for vaccines but I do not see that. I have downloaded a pdf but there is no way to import that into Apple Health and no way (iOS) to manually enter. Why can’t Apple work with CVS to correct this ridiculous connectivity problem? CVS Health Records - Vaccinations. Can't seem to get a straight answer why CVS health records don't load in Apple Health like other providers. You can't find CVS in the list of providers. When you review the folks that have responded to this question, their answers, are non-answers and point to a general page that doesn't answer the explicit question. Why hasn't CVS and Apple agreed to allow user to upload their health records into Apple health and when will it occur.

Can you manually add immunization records In the health app, I only have one immunization record because that’s the only one with the QR code. I would like to be able to add my own immunization records, showing the date and location of where I got my vaccination.
