I have 2k+ Live Photos taking up memory space. I want to convert them to stills without doing it one at a time.

You can do it in one batch but it means exporting them to a folder on the Desktop and imported the converted files again. Here's how:
Note: make sure you don't set the iPhone's camera to Live Photos when taking photos in the future.

As of now, the only way to remove the Live Photos is to disable them one at a time. We encourage you to submit this valuable feedback directly to Apple here: Product Feedback - Apple

On your iPhone try the method "Convert Multiple Live Photos to Still" as described here: https://techwiser.com/ways-to-convert-live-photos-to-normal-still-photos-on-iphone/
The trick is to use "Select All" in the album "Media Kind > Live". It will depend on the system version, if it is possible. And it will only work, if you do not have any Live effects applied to the Live Photos.
