Phone still plugged in to computer as the screen instructed, screen is black with Apple logo showing. It has been this way for the last 24 hours or so. The battery finally went dead and I plugged it in and plug in to computer and go to support came up on the screen. I plugged it in and followed the support directions but am back to black screen with apple. Thanks.
