Forgot password to new macbook pro
I bought a new MacBook Pro and set it up before leaving for a trip. I returned from my trip and the password I wrote down does not work (probably wrote it down wrong). There is no forgot your password button for me to select. I have tried shutting down my computer and then immediately holding the r and command button but nothing happened so I tried again but this time hit restart instead of shutdown and nothing happened again. Is there anything I can do? I do have AppleCare for my MacBook Pro, would that help?
