Problems with iphone 15pro ~ siri, dictation, keypad

Siri - Responds promptly to “Hey siri” but then no matter what you ask, just keeps loading . The google assistant is able to answer questions when chrome is opened. Tried restarting phone, resetting dictation, changing language.

Dictation: speech to text not working at all.

keypad: If I try to enter a number to call, it will start making a high pitch sound and the whole app just freezes. Rest all works fine.

I have upgraded to the latest ios.

iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 17

Hope this helps~

Back up your iPhone first before the next suggested steps;

Restore iPhone to factory default settings (full wipe)
Setup iPhone without restoring from your backup (signing into the AppleID is fine, just don't restore the backup)
Do the same testing you've already done to determine if the issue still occurs without your backup

IF issue is resolved, try factory resetting and restoring from the backup and see if issue persists. IF issue persists after restoring backup, don't use the restored backup as something in the backup is corrupted and causing the issue(s).
