After the 28.01 update on my iPhone 16, my apps are freezing and/or crashing, Siri consistently does not respond, the keyboard hides text and the questions/tips that pop up are annoying. When will all these bugs be fixed? This has been my worst experience with an iPhone update. I loved my iPhone before this update. Thank you.

Asking when issues you're experiencing will be fixed assumes you think everyone who updated to iOS 26.0.1 (it's not 28.01) is having the same issues. They most definitely aren't.
What you need to figure out is why YOU are having such issues. How much memory is left on your iPhone? Open Settings > General > iPhone Storage and report back how much free space you have on your iPhone.
After you updated your phone, did you do a Forced Restart (something I do after every iOS update and have never had any iOS related issues). Here is how to Force Restart your iPhone --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
As final troubleshooting step, sometimes updates can go wrong. That again, is not a universal issue. But if they do, it may require that you backup your iPhone, erase it, then restore it from backup. Me too! Worst for me is camera is unresponsive- cannot take picture or search photos. Sick of restarting. This is not normal.
