How to recover messages deleted from iCloud

I sync my iMessages with iCloud and I was trying to free up space from the iCloud. So I went to the iCloud setting and then Messages and reviewed by top conversations. I deleted a few high GB threads from the iCloud Settings menu (rather than deleting them from the Messages app). It worked and I freed up the space but now I want to restore and recover those messages but there is no option too.

I was on my iPhone 12 (with iOS 16). Please help if you can!
