Unable to send pictures mms

1. Check that your addressee can receive similar pictures from other senders. This eliminates the possibility of the problem being caused by the addressee's settings/phone.
2. Check your MMS file size. Carriers (telcos) set their own transmission limits. T-Mobile has a 1 MB limit while Verizon allows images up to 1.2 MB and videos up to 3.5 MB. Other carriers may have limits as low as 300 KB.

1. You say you've spent hours on the phone with tech support so I assume all your settings are correct. If you have doubts you could post your settings here.

Contact your cellular carrier. MMS messaging requires a cellular data connection.
