Connection between power beats and iPhone

3 plus year old Power Beat Pro and IPhone 14. Units were compatible and functioning until two updates ago. Issue cannot make outgoing call with Power Beats. In the attempt Siri’s will place call, but no ring tone can be heard through the Power Beats. Pick up iPhone Power Beat icon is on screen I have to select iPhone to make connection. I purchased a new set and they performed the same fully functional other than making outgoing call.

While we understand that you hear no ringing when making a call while using both your Beats and iPhone, we'd like to help by learning more about what's happening, along with ruling out some basics:

When someone picks up on the other end, are you still able to have a conversation with both devices?
Any issues when testing your iPhone by itself, and what occurs if you test your Beats while paired with a different device?
If you have a compatible iPhone model, the latest version is iOS 17.0.3. You can verify this within Settings > General > About.
