Apple TV app on Mac Sonoma 14.0 won't connect to Apple ID

I'm trying to connect with my Apple ID to the Apple TV app on my MacBook Pro (M1 Pro) running Sonoma 14.0.

When I click sign in with Apple ID, the window where I put my email and password pops up, but after I enter my details and click "sign in" the window disappears after few seconds and doesn't connect to my account.

The password is 100% correct.

Restarting the Mac didn't work.

Any suggestions?

Cheers!

Hi Alex Bebin,

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities.

It sounds like your Apple ID credentials are not being submitted for access. Restart your computer in safe mode and login. Safe mode limits software allowed to run while running a health check on your startup disk.

Once you're signed in, simply restart your computer.
