I've had this problem for three days. I can watch on my tv but not on my Mac. I've tried turning on and off my computer, reloading etc.

Original Title: My Mac will not sign me in to watch Apple TV. It keeps looping me back to the login page and asking if I want a free trial. I have an existing account.

Apple has the specialized Apple TV app for Mac on macOS 10.15 Catalina or later. Earlier systems may try to launch in a browser, but old versions of Safari may not support the site. You may try Chrome or Firefox instead, as those have seen more recent versions of the browsers, although you may find that the very latest version of Chrome or Firefox is likewise not supported on macOS 10.13 High Sierra, and they will suggest that you try a legacy version that is compatible with your OS version.

if it was me then I would try to clear all internet cache for firefox and try again
Mmm.... I'm using Firefox anyway and have been able to watch Apple TV on my laptop for the past year - it's just over the past 3 days that I have had this problem.
I can see Apple TV, I can watch trailers, but as soon as I go to login it just sends me on a login loop that I can't get out of and keeps offering me a Free Trial. I think if I can watch Trailers without issue, I should be able to view content, surely? It doesn't make sense that it would be the system. But, it was a good idea! Though, in this case, I don't think that is the issue.
