“You’ve Got Mail” as a new mail alert tone

I used to have the AOL “You’ve Got Mail” as my new mail alert tone, but currently I can only find ringtones for that, not alert tones, which does me no good. Anyone know how I can purchase a “You’ve Got Mail” alert tone? Thanks!

Alert Tones as Ringtones (why can’t I do it anymore?) I used to have the alert tone “chord” as my iPhone ringtone. But now, it only appears in the “alert tones” list and I can't find a way to set it as my ringtone. How do I get my ringtone back?? 😨

Unable to change notification ringtone for email on iPad I am trying to help a friend that has some hearing loss choose an email ringtone that is just long enough on full volume for them to hear the notification. I have edited the notification for email, have cranked up the volume, but the tone that is played when mail is received is not the one I set it to. I have rechecked the settings in all locations and they reflect the newly chosen ringtone, but it still does not play. Any idea?
