beats mixr

I have the beats mixr and Ive used them for the last 9 years with no problem whatsoever. However- on my walk the other day i was taking them off of my head and the plastic just slapped in half- the technology still works - could i get them fixed/replaced ? It's just the headband plastic that broke.

Hello Apg2,

If your Beats Mixr is broken and they are now considered obsolete, then there isn't a way to repair them or replace them. You'll want to consider upgrading the product to a current model from the Beats website that suits your needs: Beats by Dre
