Getting VAT Refund in Italy

I am traveling. I am not a citizen of the EU. I purchased Airpods via apple website and got it delivered to my hotel in Rome, Italy. Now I have to go back after two days and want to know how can I get VAT refund on this purchase.

I tried emailing on vat.refund@apple.com as mention in one of the community posts but the email just bounced back, because it's not a valid email address.

If anyone here has tried, please help me out.

Got the following information in case of online shopping:

* The retailer has also a regular shop, not only e-commerce;
* Shop cooperates with Global Blue;
* The shopper orders the goods online and gets it delivered to an address in the purchased country;
* The shopper must ask the shop to issue a Tax Free Form under the shopper's details and send it with the delivery;
* The shopper has to export the goods personally and obtain the export validation;
* The shopper is eligible to claim VAT on the bases of his/her residence.

How do I ask Apple to send the Tax-Free Form along with the delivery? Did not find any option while placing the order. Do they have any email address for that?
