After the recent update, my iPhone XR sounds went back to default sounds

After the recent update on my iPhone XR my sounds went back to default sounds. I tried to reassign them but some are missing, including my favorite Barking Dog. How do I recover it?

Barking dog is available as a default ringtone:

Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Ringtone > Classic > Bark

the barking dog text tone was assigned to my son. As a senior I can’t hear certain tones but the barking dog was perfect. Please bring it back.
