Apple tv dissconected from Apple ID
Hi,
My Apple TV 4K (3rd generation) disconnects every few days from my Apple ID.
To be more precise, it disconnects from the store and then I can't access to the App Store, not my music and Apple TV+ subscription.
I performed all these actions:
-Deleting and reinstalling the operating system.
-I changed the Apple ID password.
-Now, I've connected to another Apple ID to see if it disconnects there as well.
All this was done after a phone call with Apple's support.
Any other suggestions?
