Apple devices doesn’t seem to have those kind of apps nowadays, even Windows stopped it few years ago. Do you know of an Apple app where i can be this “creative” 😄 again?

There is a free "Open Source" App called GIMP available for Mac. https://www.gimp.org
It uses various tools (see below) like Photoshop does.
It may not be easy to learn however. (The App Store likely has simpler apps available.)
(The GIMP has a good manual, and tutorials available.)
