Dynamic Wallpaper on Home screen

Suggestion:

I request Apple to develop the "Dynamic wallpapers" on the home screen, by giving an option of choosing multiple images with some kind of graphical effects.

this feature can help users add their favorite images individually or automatically identify the images added in the "Favourite" category.

Any developments in the idea/suggestion are welcome, which can be a valuable addition to the iPhone or iPad OS.
