Camera not being "genuine

I went swimming today and me being the person i am i thought that maybe taking some underwater pictures would be okay (i thought the phone was waterproof) so i put my phone underwater and took some pictures in .5x and when i went back to my house my phone got a message saying "Unknown Part Unable to determine if your iphone camera is a genuine apple part. this could be bevause the part is non-genuine, not functioning as expected, or the installation is incomplete" and after that i opened my camera app and my .5x and my flash was not working how do i fix this
