AirPods (3rd gen) Repeated Bass Issue now the 3rd time

My Airpods (3rd gen) have had the same issue now 3 times, where the bass just goes away for about 15 seconds at a time, it will do that every now and again.


The first 2 times it happened apple replaced the left and right earpiece, the first time was about June 2022, and the second was about May 2023. I use the AirPods about 2-4 hours a day for music and calls.


It has just started occurring again, has anyone else had this issue?


Do I go back again surely there is a limit on replacements?

Contact Beats:

I had a similar error on my Beat Pill yeas back. I told Beats about my gifted item. They were fond enough to swap it out without a receipt. It happened to my second one, and Betas replaced that one for me too. So, ask them for a replacement. Tell them you have no receipt and that its a gifted item(if applicable).

Contact the manufacturer, and request assistance with finding a solution. Ask them for some tip on troubleshooting this, and ask if you can get a swapout. They make the product. So, they'd know an upfront answer. Go Here: Product Help - BEATS SUPPORT - Beats
