A quarterly book that has been submitted by the author is not appearing on books. Previous quarters are there, but not the most recent.
Who do you buggy at Apple to get this fixed?
I use the Books app on my iPad and my iPhone. Occasionally on my Mac
Any suggestions?

If you provide the author and title, others can at least verify that they also do not see it yet.
Contact the author. They are the only ones who can make sure what they submitted gets put in the store that you are using.
