To create an Apple ID for my friend, I exited Apple ID from my phone and re-entered Apple ID, but when I entered Note, all my notes were deleted. Is there a way to get it back?! (Before exiting the account, I ticked the backup of all options)

Since it sound like your notes are synced with your iCloud account and therefore would not be included in an iCloud backup, the only way to retrieve them on your iPhone would be the sign out of the new Apple ID you created and sign back in using your Apple ID. These articles show how to do this:
• Sign out of iCloud on your iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, or Mac
• Sign in to iCloud on all your devices
You can also check and see if your notes are synced with iCloud by signing in with your Apple ID and password here: iCloud
