macbook usb c ports not working correctly

ive already reseted the smc and pram multiple times but that didn't work, my battery only has 161 cycles and in normal condition

the only way my usbc port will work again is if i remove the battery from logic board and drain all power and let sit for an hour. at that point the usb c ports will work again. but the same issues happens again as stated above .

any ideas why this could be happening?

Even though it says Normal Condition— I would take it in for assessment.
