New iPhone 11 Pro max not charging and when plugged into lightening cycles through turning off then turning on every 1-3 minutes

So you are aware, Apple discontinued selling the iPhone 11 Pro Max three years ago.

The fact you saw the non-Apple parts message means not only is the iPhone not brand new, but in addition it had been serviced by a non-authorized Apple Service Provider.

Get a refund if possible.

Was the price “too good to be true”? Now you know why.

I bought the 11 pro max from swatch on eBay. Advertised as "factory sealed new iPhone".

worked fine for a week then failed to charge and message said non-Apple parts detected. have you any idea what I should do. Swagtech said to charge it for 30min then turn on and off again. that did nothing.
