I’m using Apple Music and I enabled it in settings but I just don’t hear cross fade, I have it set to 7 seconds between is it only certain kinds of music or specific songs that work or what?

Crossfade in iOS 17 works specifically for playlists, but will not crossfade if you are listening to other lists, such as an artist station: Change the way music sounds on iPhone - Apple Support.
