Cannot get Yahoo to install on iPhone 15

Cannot get Yahoo to install on iPhone 15. I deleted it from the phone because it was giving me a "connect to Server" error, and deleting and reinstalling is one of the steps recommended. I followed these stepsmultiple times:

Settings/Mail/Accounts/Yahoo/Sign In/Password


It then appears that it is connecting (rotating icon), but when it finishes, it returns to the Add Account page that shows the icons of the services that can be added, and when I go back to the Accounts page in Settings, it has not been added.
