My carrier just announced that they are offering Wi-Fi calling. Why can’t I find that option to turn it on. I’m running iOS 17.0.3 on an iPhone 13. I’ve looked every where including phone settings and cellular settings. The option isn’t available.

If the option does not show up, there are a few possibilities.
Check here: go to -> Settings -> Mobile Service (or Cellular Data) -> Wi-Fi Calling - turn in ON.
Thanks. It does not show up even though the email from the carrier (an MVNO - AirVoice) was bragging about how they now offer it and to simply turn it on on my phone. I guess I'll have to contact them. Not looking forward to 40 minutes plus on hold.

You’re using an unsupported carrier. Odds are you will not be able to use WiFi calling.
I've tried that. There is no option for wifi calling when I go to cellular data - there is wi fi assist but I understand that is not the same thing.

If I then scroll further down, then I see Wi-Fi Assist.

I received an email from AirVoice telling me that Wi-Fi calling is now available.
OK.
Then contact AirVoice and ask them, which carrier.
