How to back up when screen isn’t working
I need to get my screen fixed, I can’t back up my phone because my screen isn’t working.

Is your iPhone set up to create backups in iCloud?
If yes, leave it connected to the charger and the iPhone will create a backup in iCloud, if Wi-Fi has not been disabled before the display failed.
In case you do not use iCloud to back up your data, there is no option to create a backup on your computer, since you would have to put in the Lock Screen code.
If you are lucky, you may not lose data, getting the display replaced by Apple or an Authorized Apple Service Provider.
