How to Clear Cookies in Safari 15.6.1 (Catalina)

Apple's instructions were not quite accurate for this version of Safari. To clear cookies in this version:

1) While in Safari, from the main menu go to Safari > Preferences.

2) On the Preferences window, click on Privacy.

3) The cookie screen will appear. You can either select specific cookies to remove or remove all.

This will not clear your cache, only website cookies.

Safari Drop Down Menu - Clearing Cache I am trying to clear my cache only. When I click on the Safari drop down menu, the only option I see is "Clear History". I don't see a "Preferences" tab.
