I’ve just received my SECOND iPhone 15 plus as last one the screen kept freezing up and wouldn’t let me in. It wouldn’t even let me turn it off. So new one arrives today and unbelievably same problem!
what’s going on? I’ve always bought Apple and never had any problems like this before. Anyone else having issues with iPhone 15 plus?

Did you restore a backup to the new device or set it up as new? If you restored a backup, erase it and set it up as a new device. See if the problem persists. There may be an software/configuration problem that has worked its way into your backup.
Looks like all the 15's are having issues.. okay.
It hasn’t frozen up again, but to be fair I haven’t used it much. I’m just scared to take it away on holiday in case it starts playing up again. Keep you posted.
If you google problems with iPhone 15 you’ll see it’s an ongoing problem. Not just me it seems to be across the board.

I hear you I have a hardware issue I cannot FaceTime or WhatsApp video call so annoying I was happy with my 14 pro max too
everyone i no is having problems with the 15
And Apple I’ll repair but no replacement phone so until it’s fixed I have no phone

I just bought an i phone 15 plus. Its a month old and it has similar problems. The screen feeezes over and i cant do anything with it. I have even reset it twice.
I got my iPhone 15 plus about 2.5 weeks ago. Fortunately, I have not faced any issues. Are these problems specific to users of a particular region? I am in Toronto, Canada.
