Display keeps freezing on iPhone 15

I’ve just received my SECOND iPhone 15 plus as last one the screen kept freezing up and wouldn’t let me in. It wouldn’t even let me turn it off. So new one arrives today and unbelievably same problem!

what’s going on? I’ve always bought Apple and never had any problems like this before. Anyone else having issues with iPhone 15 plus?

Did you restore a backup to the new device or set it up as new? If you restored a backup, erase it and set it up as a new device. See if the problem persists. There may be an software/configuration problem that has worked its way into your backup.

I just got a new iPhone 15 last week and immediately had issues. First, my screen would freeze. Next, when I was connected to WiFi it would pop up

a message constantly saying mobile data is off. I did everything to fix this but to no avail. When it said go to settings to turn on cellular data it would take me to the google app I use as my search engine. Cellular data was on but I continued to have this issue repeatedly. Finally, I deleted the google app and it fixed the problem. I am now using safari and my screen doesn’t freeze or do I have uses with cellular data is off. Major glitch and wanted to share my experience because I haven’t seen anyone else suggest this to resolve this irritating issue. I was ready to return the phone. This was a last resort fix. Let’s see if it lasts. Good luck to anyone else having this issue. A new phone should not immediately have issues.

Unfortunately, the period for returning my iPhone 15plus has passed. If I'm going to have worse problems than I had with my XR, I'd rather go back to it. At least that pone is paid for.

The 15 plus is extremely glitchy! From not responding, to freezing up, the horrible voice-to-text, the even worse auto correct; sometimes my real words get corrected to non-existent words, even the camera is nothing to boast about. I was at an event last night where I had to zoom in, and again, I see no difference from my XR.

So disappointed and now I'm stuck with it.

I have had iPhones since the 2gs and really have had no issues. The 15 plus i am having nothing but issues with and i am thinking about going and exchanging for a new one to see if it is just this phone. I have to reset it when playing games because they will not load or the game will do crazy stuff, i have to sign in several times a day even though have face id set up, the phone will freeze like i have seen many times and can do nothing. Im at a loss and getting aggravated. $1000 for a phone i should not have problems. I hope it is just this phone because i do not want to become an android owner.

I bought the 15 plus with its large screen to watch you tube news etc and YouTube lips freeze up for 25 seconds when I go from one to another most times and sometimes in the middle of a clip. I had the 15 and it worked fine and used the phone to phone transfer process without any issues.

I was on the phone for two hours with a knowledge tech who could not fix it.

To be honest I wish I had listened to my daughter who got the 14 a few weeks before I got the 15. She hasn’t had any problems with hers and she did advise me to go for 14. I certainly wouldn’t recommend going for the 15. If you google problems with iPhone 15 you’ll see that there is a bug with them. I’ve had nothing but bother. I’ll keep you posted. Don’t go for 15 honestly - you’ll regret it.
