I got a new phone and I am not able to update my icloud
I cannot update my new phone icloud to have access to see my pictures

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities. We may need more information about what is happening with your iPhone and iCloud in order to provide the best guidance. However, it sounds like there might be an issue with iCloud Photos. In that case, we'd recommend starting with enabling iCloud Photos on your iPhone using the following guidance from Set up and use iCloud Photos - Apple Support.
"On your iPhone or iPad
- Go to Settings > [your name].
- Tap iCloud.
- Tap Photos, then tap the switch next to Sync this [device]."
