I am planning to buy an iPhone from Italy and I am wondering if I buy it from Italy and take to Saudi Arabia will it work well ?
especially the FaceTime and the Saudi SIM

Whether a carrier accepts a phone on its network is up to that particular carrier.
Whether the carrier supports FaceTime over cellular is also up to the carrier:
