Wireless ONN.ear headphones wont connect

I’ve had these ONN.ear wireless headphones for months now, and they were working perfectly fine until i disconnected them to play something out loud, then when i tried reconnecting them, they wouldn't connect. I tried disconnecting headphones and turning them off then back on, didn't work, so i forgot the device and tried to pair it again, and now i cant even see the device in bluetooth settings. I have tried everything: resetting phone, charging headphones, turning off wifi and data, turning both on individually and at the same time, and nothing is working. Please help.

Hello Nicole226_,

If the headphones aren't showing up when you go to Settings > Bluetooth and it searches, that would mean you currently don't have them in discovery/pairing mode. You'll want to refer to the user guide for the headphones or contact the manufacturer if you're not sure how to put them in discovery/pairing mode.

If you think there's a problem with the Bluetooth on your phone, then you'll just want to test another device to confirm it. Try pairing these headphones with another device or try pairing a different Bluetooth device with the iPhone to isolate it. If multiple Bluetooth devices are not working with the iPhone, then there may be an issue with the Bluetooth radio.

If multiple Bluetooth devices won't connect, try resetting the Bluetooth. Go to Settings > General > Transfer or reset iPhone> Reset > Reset Network Settings. This reset will affect the Bluetooth as well as the Wi-Fi radios. Aside from re-pairing any Bluetooth devices with the phone, if you have any saved Wi-Fi networks you'll need to manually reconnect to them after the reset to save them again.

Pair a third-party Bluetooth accessory with your iPhone or iPad

Cheers!
