I hate seeing my work email on the weekend and don’t want it mixed in with all my other email accounts.
With no smart mailbox function on iOS, I had hoped to be able to de-select some email account inboxes from being included in “all mail.” It seems that All Mail cannot be configured to be selective, it all or nothing. Is that right?

No. You can't in the Mail app. So, use a third-party mail app.

Do your Part: These are user-to-user forums. Apple rarely reads these forums on their own time as it is. So, provide Apple with feedback on this. Apple wont get back to you directly, but the more they hear of this, the more they will know what is going on, and what needs to be fixed.
