Can't turn off iPhone 15 Pro Max
I can’t seem to manually turn off my I phone 15 pro plus

iPhone 15 Pro Max, iOS 17
I try to set up my iPhone pro max 15 it suddenly freeze when I try to put in my Apple ID.

You have two choices to turn it off:
- Gesture:--> Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears, than slide it.
- Option:--> Settings>General... scroll down to the last option "Shut Down" and tap on it.

my wife and I thank you … easy and straight to the point
I contacted Verizon. They told me to press the up volume , then the down volume, then slide to power off, that didn’t work. I saw another post that said, go to settings, then general. Scroll down to power off. That worked .
