Iphone 15 online order shows "Rejected Awb inscanned" on Bluedart

I online ordered Iphone 15 and an adaptor on Monday, 16th Oct. 2023 from Apple BKC in Mumbai. The delivery was expected by 18th October, but haven't received till now.

The order status shows "Shipped", however, the Bluedart "Track your shipment" shows "Rejected Awb Inscanned". Bluedart customer care told that since the product scan was rejected, it wasn't picked up. However, Apple customer care told that the Bluedart picked it up for delivery.

I am unable to understand this anamoly involving reputed companies like Apple and Bluedart. Did not expect this kind of customer service from either companies.

Can someone help me out in this issue? Is there any Apple official complaint portal where I can file my complaint online?
