The alarm on my phone is all of a sudden not working. It goes off but it is very quiet or doesn’t make sound at all. I have double checked that the phone sound is on. Any ideas why it isn’t working? We have been late every day this week. :(.

We understand you're having some issues with an alarm on your iPhone. To confirm, do you have any updates available under Settings > General > About? If so, we recommend backing up and updating to see if that helps: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
If you're already up-to-date, restarting could help also: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
We also recommend trying to delete the affected alarm in the Clock app and then re-create it. Let us know if these steps help.
