If audio works fine everywhere else and you're having trouble with only a 3rd party service playing audio, you'll need to reach out to the app dev for further support. How to contact an app developer - Apple Support

If the HomePod is not working to play any music at all, you may want to first try restarting the HomePod.

If HomePod or HomePod mini isn't responding - Apple Support

If the HomePod is able to play music, but is not able to play XM music you'll need to reach out to the app developer for further support. How to contact an app developer - Apple Support

Thanks for the answer but I don’t think that’s the problem. I think it’s the HomePod because when I bring it home and play XM on my other Bluetooth devices, the XM radio works perfect and even in my vehicle same thing for some reason it’s just not coming out through the HomePod, when I play music from my library

It does not appear to be working either
