iPhone 15 Pro Max cellular service issues

I kept getting weak 4G/5G signal on my iphone 15 pro max. Or sometimes when i have full bars with 5G but somehow the page/video/game isnt loading. Anyone facing same issue? I did a restart/network reset/factory reset but no use

We can clearly see that 136 people are facing the same problem plus a dozen more that didn't complaint yet but are about to. Apple need to come up with an update and get this sorted please ASAP.

I've been experiencing network issues with my iPhone 15 Pro Max, despite trying various troubleshooting steps like restarts and resets. These problems started shortly after purchasing the device on March 2, 2024. Despite reaching out to Apple Support via email on March 26, 2024, I haven't received any response. It's frustrating, especially considering Apple's reputation for quality and customer service.

Same issue. I wonder if it has something to do with the eSIM. In any event, I have tmobile and it worked great on my 12 (and all previous models). Did multiple service calls with Apple and tmobile. I even showed them this thread. Nothing help. Then I went to the store where they found nothing wrong. Finally I begged to replace my phone, which they did. But that didn’t help either. So clearly not an oddball thing that happens with certain phones. What I can’t understand is why this isn’t happening to everyone.

New iPhone 15 from store. Carrier EE. First 3 weeks all well. Suddenly lost WiFi only in certain areas where other iPhone 12 users fine. New phone exchanged 29 days later. Identical problem. Store did hardware test today which failed saying data issue. 3rd phone given but before leaving shop hardware test on it, passed . Got home identical issue! Shop appointment Friday!!! All this is the short version Will update here

I’m not having quite the same issues; however. I too am having my ringer not working. People are having to leaviemessages because calls are going straight

to VM and not showing up. Also,

don’t know why II upgraded, it’s been

horrible and the first t problem I’ve ever had w/Apple . All my business equipment and personal equipment are Apple products!

I am facing lot of issues with the GSM network connectivity in India on my iphone15 pro. My other phone,doesnt have issues. even my collegues are having good signal for same GSM operator. i dont know, the GSM signal keeps dynamically changing, dropping calls and not connecting at all for most of times. its frustating. phone is to meet the basic requirement of communication. please plan a Fix ASAP.

Hi guys! Has anything changed since 2023? Now is may 2024. Bought IPhone 15 Pro Max. Facing zero or weak network everywhere: inside and outside. Same time using for work old cheap Chinese phone which shows 3/4 bars connection everywhere for both SIM cards. Why IPhone is so bad at this?! WiFI module seems to be the poorest from all the 9 devices in our family. How to solve this?

I’m so fed up with it, paid good money to upgrade from the 13 Pro Max, which my wife wanted to take on. She get signal, often 5g, I’m in the same location, get 4g and no access to internet. I couldn’t even register to park my car using the pay by phone as it simply wouldn’t load. It time this was fixed, I’ve been with Apple for years now, loved the phones and iPads but seriously thinking of moving to Android (which I hate!!).

Friends, I recently Bought 15 Pro Max ( a3106 ) and facing network issue. I have tried changin SIM cards too. But issue persists for both operators. I went to apple service center and as per them they say this is because my phone is International model and not the India one. But i dont see any difference in Networking specs in this model. Has anyone able to figure out solution for this ?
