Hey Stupidapplee,

It sounds like you have already performed most of the steps in If you see No Service, Searching, or SOS on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Just to make sure you cover all your bases, we recommend that you check for a carrier settings update and connect with your carrier to confirm expected coverage and any potential issues with your account or network.

Check for a Carrier Settings update
To manually check for and install a carrier settings update:
1. Make sure that your device is connected to a Wi-Fi or cellular network.
2. Tap Settings > General > About. If an update is available, you'll see an option to update your carrier settings.
3. To see the version of carrier settings on your device, tap Settings > General > About and look next to Carrier.
If you insert a new SIM card into your iPhone or iPad, you need to download the carrier settings for your new carrier.

If you're still experiencing issues with your cellular data connection and loading content, connect with Apple Support over the phone. They will typically have the best tools and resources to troubleshoot an issue with one of their products. You can set up a call from the Get Support portal in most countries.

Kindest Regards.

I’m so fed up with it, paid good money to upgrade from the 13 Pro Max, which my wife wanted to take on. She get signal, often 5g, I’m in the same location, get 4g and no access to internet. I couldn’t even register to park my car using the pay by phone as it simply wouldn’t load. It time this was fixed, I’ve been with Apple for years now, loved the phones and iPads but seriously thinking of moving to Android (which I hate!!).

Thank you Apple for removing my post as you clearly use censorship here- I had an issue with a data connectivity and wanted to share on a forum this needs to be fixed by Apple . Please feel free to remove another post and we can communicate this way. Hopefully your Apple team can improve iPhone 15 software with an update as swiftly as they remove posts here if they don’t like the content. In a meantime I will keep resetting my very expensive iPhone 15 and continue to post . Have a lovely day team

Hi, got same problem as everyone here, 15pro. Can I just check, the payg SIM needs to be on the same network (I guess) but doesn’t this need to be permanently active..? As in, do we then have to pay a monthly fee for the ‘other number’ that gets converted to eSIM? Or, does it just need to be done once and therefore get a prepaid once only SIM? Thanks in advance

You have to pay your carrier for any number you have with them, whether you're using it or not.
