If someone has my apple id and pass.. what can he access exactly?! What kind of information?
im not backing up anything on i cloud.. can he control my phone and go through apps?
can he open my camera? Is there any spying app that can do so? Im concerned about my privacy!

Essentially, they can access the entirety of your account. Everything at appleid.apple.com, which is a lot. Change your password.
Don’t give your ID and password to anyone. Whilst they cannot remotely access your device, they can access your Apple ID account and anything synced to iCloud, iTunes, etc.
