Same issues here on Oct 31, 2023. iPhone 15 Pro WiFi slowness and frequent drops altogether. Videos freeze, feeds stop loading. Unbelievably bad performance for a new phone. My iPhone 11 was fine.

This issue has been driving me nuts! I've tried practically everything except the hint about 6E that doesn't show on my phone! I'm in the UK and our phones still have the manual SIM card so I don't know if that's why the 6E isn't there.

I've only had this phone about three weeks but I'm on the verge of taking it back.

First, you must have a router that supports WiFi 6e.

Secon you need enough devices that support 6e to make upgrading worth while.

Do your due diligence.

Be mindful that the Final Specs for WiFi 7 are due out shortly. I have read the specs will be very good. If you aren't planing on new tech for a year or so get a 6e router now for now (assuming you have 6e devices other than your iPhone 15 Pro) then upgrade to Wifi 7 in a year or so. So the great hamster wheel of Tech goes, been that way since those massive mainframe computers went commercial in the dark aged.

Yeah, if you live in a house needing a mesh system, things can get expensive.

Again, perform your due diligence.

I’m relatively new to iPhone technology. I gave it a shot way back when I had the 4S and I hated it. I couldn’t wait to go back to my android and then about a year and a half ago I guess I finally gave up on my Samsung’s and I got the 13 Pro Max And I just couldn’t wait to have the 15 promax, which is what I have now, and this is slow as molasses and I see where somebody earlier said something about turning off the Wi-Fi and using just the data well if that means the number of bars to the left of my Wi-Fi half the time I have two or three! What prompted me to figure out if there was something to do was I was sending a simple text to an actual another iPhone user, but it doesn’t really seem to matter the Text drug just to send it. I don’t know how to fix this. I just got this phone maybe December November I’m not sure had been that long.

I gotta say as somebody who is relatively new to an iPhone outside of using imobiles at work, this is extremely frustrating. I bought my first iPhone that I could actually understand how to use was a 13 Pro Max and of course I had to have the new toys and bells and whistles so I wanted this titanium so now I have the 15 promax and absolutely everything stupid things just go wrong for instance the screen half the time doesn’t respond to the touch. It’s just a bunch of little things on top of it being so slow and freezing.

Since the inception of the iPhone 1, we've all been fed this process and unfortunately the old narrative about Apple's exceptional performance and customer service, but recent experiences suggest otherwise; it's time to reevaluate. The crux of the matter isn't the service itself, but rather Apple's declining performance over the years, post the demise of its visionary creator.

As a road warrior, I'm grappling with significant issues that are hindering my productivity, and this has me contemplating a switch to Samsung's or Unplugged's ecosystem. My loyalty to Apple has been unwavering since 1997, but I'm sensing the need to bid adieu to a brand that once epitomized innovation and quality.

The decline in Apple's support infrastructure and foreign customer service is alarming, with the quality of its products and software taking a hit as well. The price-to-performance ratio is increasingly skewed, with devices feeling more like they're worth $100, rather than the $1000+ price tag they command. The software, too, is riddled with bugs, and a lack of knowledgeable English-speaking American customer service reps in the country, which is simply unacceptable in this day and age. It's a shame they can't even implement a much-needed private Security feature that 99% of other phones use with no problem. Anyway. Apple has become ridiculous.
